In our recent project at Ladbroke Grove in Notting Hill, we orchestrated a contemporary transformation. The relocation of the kitchen to the rear of the apartment facilitated the creation of a spacious kitchen-living area, achieved through the removal of an identified wall.
The former kitchen space underwent a purposeful conversion into an updated bathroom, complemented by the addition of a new utility room to enhance practicality. The installation of new sash windows not only introduced ample natural light but also added a touch of timeless charm to the space, seamlessly integrating classic aesthetics with modern functionality. Furthermore, a comprehensive upgrade to the central heating and electrical systems was implemented to ensure a blend of comfort and efficiency.
The introduction of a new cornice exemplifies our commitment to preserving the apartment’s character, while the project’s final touches include solid timber flooring, a Devol kitchen, CP Hart sanitary ware, and Wandsworth switches, collectively resulting in a sophisticated and professionally refined living space.
