The old galley kitchen, downstairs bathroom and dining room have been transformed into one large kitchen with breakfast bar. For additional flow we lost the wall separating the existing dining room creating a cosy dining snug off of the new kitchen. The downstairs bathroom has been relocated into the garage to make better use of space.
External works involved renewing slabs to the rear garden patio and side alleyway and increasing the front drive for additional parking space.
